These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ha77 platform and all its services. By accessing the ha77 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

ha77 may request additional documents to verify any user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until identity verification is complete.

Creating an Account

When creating an account on the ha77 platform, you must provide accurate and genuine personal information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

ha77 uses SSL encryption to keep your account information secure. However, ha77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with any third party.

Account Suspension or Closure

ha77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or unfair play. Balances may be forfeited where applicable.

ha77 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's mobile banking services. The accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No payment methods other than these three are accepted.

Deposit Terms

Deposits may only be sent from the account linked to the mobile number provided at registration. Deposits made under another person's name or number are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. ha77 may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be suspended until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is identified as fraudulent, subject to a chargeback, or disputed, ha77 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and conduct a detailed investigation.

Welcome Bonus

ha77 offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum ৳5,000 bonus will be added, making your total balance ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in total bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per user.
• Bonuses are usable only within the ha77 platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned from a bonus are not withdrawable until wagering is complete.
• If bonus abuse is found (arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• ha77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Bonuses have a set expiry; if the requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program & Cashback

ha77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% at Platinum. Tier progression depends on your overall activity. The benefits and cashback for each tier apply on a weekly basis.

Sports Betting

Certain basic rules must be followed when sports betting on the ha77 platform. No bet can be cancelled after the result has been determined. If any bet is affected by a technical issue, ha77 is the sole authority to make a decision.

If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the stake is generally refunded, though exceptions may apply in specific circumstances. In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.

Casino Games
